Spoke with Helene. She was very pleasant and courteous. But they only do cruises. No airlines. They should indicate that in thier name. JMHO.
We have used Regency for all our travel the past 9 years. We have had many special and memorable experiences that we would not have had without Kathleen's expertise and suggestions. This agency is fabulous. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful and thoughtful. Kathleen has helped us with all our travel plans for cruises and trips abroad. When we had last minute request or changes they were handled with care and efficiency. Our next trip is in the works and these fine people stay on top of all our plans and even suggestions we had never thought about.
