I lived here from April 2023-April 2024 and had mouse and cockroach infestations in my immaculately clean apartment. Saw a roach in the bathroom my second day living here, and could hear mice scurrying in the kitchen all night long :( I strongly advise against moving here.
I have lived here for 4 years and I love it. Close to everything, and Janel and her team are amazing. Highly recommend moving here if you have the opportunity!
