Just wanted to pay it forward with praising Dr. Younai and Team as well as folks over at Agile Occupational Medicine for their time, attention with getting me back to overall wellness where everyone in this process have been very supportive with ensuring that I will be able to return better than before. The receptionist didn't say too much; not very welcoming. However, the nurses and staff in the back were very attentive and friendly. My surgery was quick and I was out in no time. Parking should at least be validated, but it is what it is.

Receptionists are not welcoming at all. If you or a loved one is having surgery you wait in the lobby. There's no special waiting area. Any time you call to ask questions or about recovery or about anything in particular no one ever answers the phone. This place is ridiculous and needs to be reported to their corporate office about changing the way they do things there.
