Affordable and well maintained
I bought my son a 3 BR, 3 bath unit his freshman year. Three years later it has proved to be a great investment for both of us. Great location close to campus, Toomer’s and downtown. Tiger Transit stops right in front of the complex. It is a small, quiet complex. Permitted parking is strictly enforced. A new city government building has recently been built down the street. I agree the train is annoying at first, but you get use to it. Plus you can't beat how close it to campus. In addition rent is moderate.
Solid place to live! The trains are a bit annoying at first, but it's close to campus and in a nice spot!
