This place appears to be really scummy knowing that we are under moratorium in California for evictions they are using renovation to move out tenants so they can bring in higher paying tenants. I would not recommend even looking at this place.

This place is an absolutely a terrible place to rent. The apartments were dirty when I moved in and the noise from above me was intolerable. after living there for 5 days we requested to be moved to a different apartment due to the noise and they said I would have to go through a credit check again and pay another deposit even though that was already done the previous week before. My family and I lived here for about a year. Everyone was nice. Whenever I had an issue with the apartment they fixed it within a couple days. When we moved out they were more than fair with returning our deposit.

Bunch of thieves and liars. Please save yourself, and do not rent here. The terrible online rating is completely justified. They charged me a penalty by enforcing unethical leasing policies which state the rent is due by 5th of the month. I went on a weekend to drop the rent, however the gates were closed. I even called and they said that there is no online system and I need to go to the leasing office when it opens. The next Monday the lady told me that it's my responsibility and I need to pay the penalty. This is the most ... read more
