I have visited my daughter that lives here and has been here for many years. The management is great, maintenace is great a work order goes in for repairs and from what i have seen the wsit is not that long for them to fix the issue. Everyone you run into is very friendly.
The worst property management you will ever see (Billie Onstad ) They will never help you with anything And they will steal your mailing!! Highly not recommend
Do not move here. Avoid this place. Its 12:26 am and we can’t sleep because of the noise made by upstairs neighbor. We complained at least a 100 times and the management literally IGNORES it. Quite hours does not apply in this property.
This place appears to be really scummy knowing that we are under moratorium in California for evictions they are using renovation to move out tenants so they can bring in higher paying tenants. I would not recommend even looking at this place.
