I recently moved in and have had a good experience so far. Everyone ive met is so nice including the maintenance people! I worked with Kevin on moving in and details to get everything started. He is definitely a part of the reason why i chose to get an apartment here! He is so helful, understanding and polite! I recommend working with him if you’re thinking about moving here! Enjoying quiet and peace since moving in!

I've been here for two years. It's a mixed bag. Cons: - No central AC nor even ceiling fans, and the wall unit is deafening and ineffective. Heat waves are insufferable in these units. - Too expensive for the drab unit with cheap materials and fixtures you get. - The kitchen is tiny, and the flooring is cheap and ugly as sin. - The dishwasher is literally useless due to the absurdly hard water typical of Kalamazoo. This complex is one of the best out there. My partner and I found it and moved in on a whim but it has been the best decision ever. The complex is beautiful, and very committed to the residents (Abigail specifically has been doing such great work renovating the complex). I could go on and on about how quick and kind the maintenance department is or how much work has been put into the buildings as of late, but honestly you should just move in and experience it yourself.
I resided at this property for four years and initially appreciated the spacious apartment layouts. During the COVID-19 period, although management was not consistently on-site, operations were handled efficiently and without major concerns. However, after the property transitioned to Village Green Property Management, there was a noticeable decline in management quality.
