This place needs a renovation bad. I did security here for Garver Asset Protection and I didn’t come back. I’d never do security here. Tenants weren’t a big issue. I could not locate the property manager (Karmela) before and during my shift. Property is a mess. Photos are from late May 2025.

Wouldn’t recommend this spot if it was the last place standing. Within a month of me staying here things began breaking, fall apart and the rodents. Notified Karmela Feaster about the issues. She looked me dead in my face and told me, “You are slow. This is a low income building. We don’t do repairs.” I left Karmela alone, she continued to pick with me. They say they can enter home while we here or not but inform tenants late about anything that's due to happen the paper that comes to the door always have the wrong dates its April how do I get a redetermination letter from Feb 2 on the last day of March...then nobody answers the phone office always locked other than maintenance who works here?
