I been a resident at Regency Square Apartments since 2008 and since Vesta tool over. Over there years it has gotten terrible over here. Maintenance is under staff they got the one Maintenance man doing everything and the residents company and kids is tearing the property up I'm ready to move.
I dont live here but my younger sister does and every time I come here there always some weird active going on. Kids playing outside at night with no supervision. People she dont know knocking and banging on here door, had me concerned. Who ever managed this building is not doing a good job especially by there being trash all over the place like yall dont care. Seriously they gotta get it together.
This place needs a renovation bad. I did security here for Garver Asset Protection and I didn’t come back. I’d never do security here. Tenants weren’t a big issue. I could not locate the property manager (Karmela) before and during my shift. Property is a mess. Photos are from late May 2025.
