Wouldn’t recommend this spot if it was the last place standing. Within a month of me staying here things began breaking, fall apart and the rodents. Notified Karmela Feaster about the issues. She looked me dead in my face and told me, “You are slow. This is a low income building. We don’t do repairs.” I left Karmela alone, she continued to pick with me. They say they can enter home while we here or not but inform tenants late about anything that's due to happen the paper that comes to the door always have the wrong dates its April how do I get a redetermination letter from Feb 2 on the last day of March...then nobody answers the phone office always locked other than maintenance who works here?
Packages keep getting stolen nd if they can't insure our security or can see who walk in and out the building what's the cameras for?? Complain and management say don't have boxes sent instead of checking the camera maybe they stole it?
