I dont live here but my younger sister does and every time I come here there always some weird active going on. Kids playing outside at night with no supervision. People she dont know knocking and banging on here door, had me concerned. Who ever managed this building is not doing a good job especially by there being trash all over the place like yall dont care. Seriously they gotta get it together.
This place needs a renovation bad. I did security here for Garver Asset Protection and I didn’t come back. I’d never do security here. Tenants weren’t a big issue. I could not locate the property manager (Karmela) before and during my shift. Property is a mess. Photos are from late May 2025.

Wouldn’t recommend this spot if it was the last place standing. Within a month of me staying here things began breaking, fall apart and the rodents. Notified Karmela Feaster about the issues. She looked me dead in my face and told me, “You are slow. This is a low income building. We don’t do repairs.” I left Karmela alone, she continued to pick with me.
