I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate everything the wonderful staff did for my mom during her time with your services. Chancey and Ursula were mom's main care givers, and were incredible. Both were so caring, gentle and compassionate. Chancey has a way of being honest and soft delivering hard information. They made us feel like family and important . Jennifer Luke was the most compassionate and very up front with what was going on with my Dad. I thank her so much!! I loved her honesty and she meant every word she said when she told me she would be there for us!! ❤

This company from my experience will make sure your loved one dies and fast. The nurse are in and out. They lied to us repeatedly. They would order meds and then say not to use them. I was promised my aunt would be taken care of, but that wasn't the case. I care less about a pandemic. If you don't have the man power then don't take on the job. My aunt suffered and Regency didn't give a darn. In my opinion they should be put out of business and someone should investigate them.
