The services were poor. Had to call several times before you could ever get someone on the phone. Night shift nurse was lazy and not helpful at all. They have a place where you can send your loved ones to get a break but they literally didn't check on my grandmother nor did they move and change her. It was up to the hospice to check in and seemed like they didn't either.
Amazing staff. Polite and generous knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The staff treats their patients like family and are great at explaining the process to family members.
Terrible, would never use them again. Did not follow universal hospice procedures.
