I have worked for Gentiva Hospice formerly Regency SouthernCare Hospice a few years ago. Came back to work for Gentiva Hospice this year 2023, after working for other hospice companies. I learned so much about hospice and palliative care from the best nurses at Gentiva. Gentiva showed me, it is so much more than a job, it’s really a commitment to making impact on the lives of the patients we care for and their families. Gentiva is one of the best places to work!

I will personally ALWAYS have a special place in my heart for the nurses and staff of Gentiva Hospice. They were known as Southern Regency during the time that my Mama was one of their patients but they are still the same awesome hospice organization. How do I even start to put in words how I feel about this company? We’ve been with Gentiva going on 3 years now. They’ve gone above and beyond to help take care of my mother in law. They’re very knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions I might have. We have the best nurse and social worker! They’ve become family! Dr. Miranda took care of my mother for many years prior to referring us to Gentiva Hospice. Which was formerly known as Regency SouthernCare Hospice. As her disease progressed we were unsure of the next step to take to keep her comfortable. He referred us to this group and it was the best decision we made.
