Although my first cut from Crystal was PERFECT, she apparently was NOT LISTENING when I had a haircut appointment with her yesterday. She clearly knew that I wanted very long sides and shorter at the back (what she calls inverted), and yet she chose to completely WACK MY SIDES OFF!!! My cut is reflective of what is called a Dutchboy, like the paint company, but even shorter!!! My cut is the same all around, with the sides continuing to fall in my face! VERY ANNOYING!!! Regency Salon is everything you want in a salon! Great color, cuts, massage, sauna, nails and skin care. Michele has been taking care of my hair for 3 years and I always get a quality color and cut from her. She listens to what I want and adapts every time. You won’t be disappointed going to this salon! I highly recommend it!
