Just spoke to a Jennifer Reed about a commercial listing. Was extremely rude. This company will block out your broker so they can get an applicant where they can double end the deal. I hope the owner sees this reviews and gets a different company to manage their property at 1311 E. Chestnut.
I strongly agree with the other review that Jennifer Reed has horrible customer service skills. She has no customer service skills at all. I have talked to her a few times and she has been extremely rude. I even asked her for the name of the owner of this building. I need to let them know of her poor customer service and she is also extremely racist. She will get this company in trouble if they don't correct her.
Very rude and not helpful at all. Tried calling them for help with a center they manage. Jennifer answered the phone, was rude and condescending as well as providing false information that is easily verifiable if she would just take the time.
