The owners of this place are absolute jerks They do business with us elsewhere and are constantly rude with us on the phone and blame us for their mistakes. They also come to us 1 minute before we close constantly and do things that take upwards of an hour sometimes. They don’t care about people. I can’t believe they talk the way they do to people it is extremely rude. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE GUYS!
Just way too many fees to move in to a place. With there being a housing shortage all I can feel is gouging... Why you would try to stick it to people who are just trying to survive.
Regency Real Estate is a pleasure to lease from. I have leased a condo from them for 5 years and have never had an issue. Jeff is a wonderful property manager, and anytime there is a issue with the property he gets a repair guy there in a timely manner.
