I would strongly caution anyone considering renting from Regency, and especially working with Jeff Clifford. While the house itself was fine (largely because it was brand new and had never been lived in), the overall experience was incredibly frustrating. Payment methods were unnecessarily difficult, communication was poor, and there was little to no support throughout the lease. The owners of this place are absolute jerks They do business with us elsewhere and are constantly rude with us on the phone and blame us for their mistakes. They also come to us 1 minute before we close constantly and do things that take upwards of an hour sometimes. They don’t care about people. I can’t believe they talk the way they do to people it is extremely rude. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE GUYS!
Just way too many fees to move in to a place. With there being a housing shortage all I can feel is gouging... Why you would try to stick it to people who are just trying to survive.
