I had this great idea when I decided to sell my house, I would save the commission fees and have a for sale by owner listing… Libby reached out to me and offered her services to handle all contract documents through closing… After a few weeks of tire kickers, people just asking questions, wasting my time, numerous spam calls and emails, I had enough.
