BLACK MOLD DUE NOT USE!!! My husband and I contracted with Elizabeth A******* in September 2017 to build a casita and garage. The work is still not complete and we have severed our relationship. Elizabeth took our money to pay for other projects and at times would stop work on our home FOR MONTHS. Most of the work she did will have to be redone because of extremely poor quality. We would like to acknowledge and clarify several items in regard to these claims: The basement leaks and missing chimney cap (and any related mold issues now forming) are due to the project being stopped, and RQC not allowed to return and finish work. A temporary seal was applied to the top of the chimney, which leaked once – and the affected sheetrock was removed. There were many unforeseen and unavoidable delays not caused by RQC: 1. I had them out for an estimate for painting and some siding. Elizabeth was very nice. Now I get an email from her that after talking to everyone my job is to far for them to come. They prefer Grapevine, Southlake just not this area. Strange since they have a Fort Worth address. I will not bother them again with my business. If they don't do Fort Worth then they should remove that Adrea's from the BBB and put in what cities they do service. Very dissapointed in their response. Nancy
Regency Quality Construction recently completed my kitchen remodel. I had the space completely gutted and even had a wall taken out. I have to say that Elizabeth and her team did an amazing job on budget, quality and timeline. Her initial quote was accurate, and I was never surprised by changes in charges (I did have a couple of things added on at the end of my project). I have used Regency Quality Construction for most repair, maintenance, and update work I have had done over the 24 years I have lived in my house. I have seen them grow from a very small company to a larger, busy company. I have never been disappointed. Most recently I met with the owner, Elizabeth Anderson, to talk about a possible remodel of my kitchen. She made excellent suggestions about how to fix the problems I described, and her company did excellent work. I'll keep using them, without question.

I cannot say enough good about Regency and its owner, Elizabeth ********. I had hit my house with my car (really) and retained an initial contractor, who was hard to work with and who gave me long timelines. After complaining, they "fired" me. I found Regency through the BBB website, and Elizabeth came out the same day and assessed the job. She had me a new window within two weeks, whereas the other contractor gave me six weeks.
