We have lived here a year and a half and love almost everything about it. Apartment living can be a bit noisy, no more here than anywhere else (unless you have neighbors who have no concept that anyone lives below them, but that is not the management's problem). Also there are parking issues, but what can you do? We love the pool, the location is great and the neighborhood is especially pretty and great for walking. The only thing missing I would say is a playground.
We love it there! Is great place to leave the utility bills are not very high the only thing is you can't grill anything and the apartments have only one A/C and it's does not rich the rooms witch makes it in the summer very very hot, but in the winter is great!! Landscaping is amazing and so is the pool !
I loved staying in Water View apartments. They have awesome pool, really nice gym and everything that one family need to live normally there. If i have a chance to live in USA again and if i am near Boston i will definitely choose Water View apartments. You guys reading this review should do it too. Thank you for your nice welcome. I have lived here for 4 years and loved practically every moment of it. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They almost become like extended family members. I will definitely miss all of the staff and hope that my new residence will be just as amazing as my 4 years here were. Also, the location is awesome! Walking distance to the mall, the convention center, restaurants, bars, Johnson and Wales, Brown University, and the major hospitals.
I'm not fond of apartment complex places, but these guys were great. All the grounds crew came to day goodbye to our little dog, Bruno! Nice people.
