This is the spot. Love � � Traci � � and � Brian � , the Managers. The awesome plus is a pet friendly environment, my daschund PJ has a perpetual doggie play time. The property is well kept, no dog poop �; tenants are responsible so no worries about stepping in poop. The residents are kind, polite and friendly.

My husband and I moved into the complex in 2010 and stayed for a year until we saved up enough money to purchase our home. Great apartments in a great central location in Martinez. We liked the city so much we purchased a home close by. If you are looking for a complex that cares about its residents, this is it.

My wife and I lived here for about a year while saving up for our house. We really enjoyed living next to the creek and it is off the road far enough you don't even know Alhambra is there. The property is well maintained and pet friendly. My wife is very allergic to bees and when I showed management a wasp nest that was growing they were super helpful and had pest control out the next day. Easy access to downtown as well as public transportation and the freeway. Local coffee shop within walking distance. All around a great p... read more
