First Management needs to work on several areas of their business model. They seem to not have enough employees to take care of properties the way they should be taken care of. Instead of hiring more people, they continue to use "Covid" as their excuse for everything. When I asked for bids on a few items needed at the property, I waited for 7 months and never received more than one bid for each item. The only bids I did receive did not make sense.
