Nice quiet neighborhood..but they are under new owners. Which the owners are unprofessional ..&only come into your apartment when they want to be nosey! And over priced for an apartment you have to keep calling about maintenance issues ..that NEVER gets resolved! So glad my fiancé & I bought a house last week!🥰
I have lived at Regency Place Apartments going on 3 years after my job moved me here. I have truly loved living in Regency Place Apartments, however in the last 4-5 Months they have new management. I went to the office and reported my cabinet doors, and my microwave handle was falling off almost a year ago. A month ago maintenance came and tightened the hindge on the cabinets but I received a letter stating since the microwave wasn't reported I owe $375.00 . I have never been late paying my rent but now in less than 2 months... read more
