Very nice, peaceful and clean apartment. Kudos to those in the office and the maintenance men. If I find myself in Beaumont again I will consider moving to this apartment.
This place is horrible. I visited a friend living there and the place was a dump, especially for the price they charge! I was astonished at the rent prices for such a rundown place. The photos on their website are NOT what most of their units look like. And the service when something breaks is terrible too. I saw things go unrepaired for much longer than anyone would expect. And now they jacked up the price of the rent even when someone has only been there for a short time?? Unbelievable. Seriously, go elsewhere. This place ... read more
