Management never answers the phone. & SOOOOOO MANY ROACHES! Also gives you so much issues when it’s time to move out. Claims they never received our keys, when ups marked it delivered. LITTERALLY MOVE ANYWHERE ELSE
I lived there in 2021-2023. When I first moved in, I was in love! The pool, the community was quiet, the upkeep was maintained. But once the company was bought out by AMBO, that’s when the problems began. The overturn in management was ridiculous. They lost multiple of my money orders and although they had video proof of me dropping my money orders off, they still expected me to pay the balance, regardless of the carelessness of the front office. Very nice, peaceful and clean apartment. Kudos to those in the office and the maintenance men. If I find myself in Beaumont again I will consider moving to this apartment.
This place is horrible. I visited a friend living there and the place was a dump, especially for the price they charge! I was astonished at the rent prices for such a rundown place. The photos on their website are NOT what most of their units look like. And the service when something breaks is terrible too. I saw things go unrepaired for much longer than anyone would expect. And now they jacked up the price of the rent even when someone has only been there for a short time?? Unbelievable. Seriously, go elsewhere. This place ... read more
