I just drove 10 hours, it's 9:15p, on a Tuesday, no one is up front at reception, and we cannot check in to our room I tried calling, heard the phone's ringing all throughout the lobby, but no answer. This place is absolutely terrible. -------------- Why wasn't anyone at the reception for over 15 minutes? Why didn't anyone answer the phone?
