8/26/26 3:25 PM I just called this apartment complex to ask a very simple and reasonable question about their three-bedroom apartments. Their website currently says “Renting Soon,” so I called to see if they had an estimated date or any additional information about when a three-bedroom might become available. I reached out multiple times with clear, organized questions while coordinating several apartment viewings and consistently received the same copy-paste response: “Call the rental office.” This wasn’t just once—this same response was repeated four separate times, instead of simply answering basic yes-or-no questions that would have taken seconds to address.
