How do I have an eviction from this place when I never lived there and never even been there before? I call the manager and he hangs up on me and blocks my number, I had to pay a double deposit at the place I moved into because of this eviction from regency I have on my record , I was in prison during the time they said i lived there

Update: One of the managers came to see and provided me a phone number to contact him about these issues I am experiencing. At this time, the air gaps haven't been winterized, but they claim they will arrive Wednesday to handle this. I will monitor the situation and update my review accordingly. Maintenance is borderline impossible. They frequently won't show up and won't bother to tell you they have no intention of coming. I have been waiting 3x months for a new porchlight.
