Ever since Positive Investments took over, rent is getting expensive. These apts are not luxury apts and definitely not worth the rent price. Anywho the apts are old so the back buildings have many plumbing issues and the elevator is ALWAYS messing up. Not to mention the pool was filled in with dirt. There is a need for a janitor to regularly maintain the cleanliness of the Apts.
The manager María is always attentive, and with very good attention from her and her work team, solving quickly

Mrs. Maria our Maneger from Regency has a very good attitude in taking care of our family here at Regency . She's our best Manager complies with every necessities in our stay here, I'm very happy be living here.
These apartments are very well kept. The residents were very nice and very receptive. It was a very pleasant place to be.
