Staff is friendly and helpful.
THEY ARE FRAUDS! I payed $339.74 to apply they denied me and now I’m having a hard time getting my refund. They say it take 30-45 days I applied May 16th it is now August 12th and I still haven’t received my money. I called them 3 times they gave me the runaround saying they would fix the problem and give me a call back the last time they didn’t answer the phone. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE LYING , THIEVES!
Update: They’ve recently hired a new maintenance manager and have been diligently working to assist me in resolving the issues. Update: I was informed that my air conditioner would be fixed on Monday. However, it is now Wednesday. They provided us with fans until my air conditioner is fixed, but they have since taken them back when I wasn’t home. This is incredibly frustrating.
