We've lived here for over a year. Office ladies are super professional! Maintenance comes quick and are also professional. I enjoy the open layout. The only thing I'd say is I wish we could have two dogs, but I understand their policy.
i have only lived here 4 months and have had to call maintenance like 10 times. there is always something going wrong with the apartment, and they are very old so not insulated very well which makes your electric bill high. only good thing i can say about them is the maintenance men are very fast. if you call they will be there shortly. i would not recommend moving here. they are not worth the hassle.

I have lived here 9 years and love it. If you call for maintenance you had better have your clothes on because they will be knocking at your door. They had weatherproofed the building so well that during the recent single digit weather, I had no problems with the plumbing at all. Thankfully they don't tolerate badly behaved/dangerous people here so it is a safe environment for young and old alike. Melinda Fain
