Regency Park has been great to live at. Its affordable and staff have been customer service oriented.
Don’t move here! It’s infested with mice. When I first moved in it was pretty decent for its price. Over the past few months new management had taken over and they dismiss or belittle every maintenance requests or try to charge you. On top of that, management acts as if the mice infestation isn’t as big of an issue as it is. Multiple complaints and all is done is a little poison out in a few places.
