Don’t move here! It’s infested with mice. When I first moved in it was pretty decent for its price. Over the past few months new management had taken over and they dismiss or belittle every maintenance requests or try to charge you. On top of that, management acts as if the mice infestation isn’t as big of an issue as it is. Multiple complaints and all is done is a little poison out in a few places. They lied about their requirements, so we would pay their application fee . Had us pat them then denied us based on 8 year old credit history. Even though we had good jobs with a couple bad marks. But well above their income requirements. Never even offered us a chance to pay extra deposit money. That we were more than willing to pay. They never even checked our employment history.
