In the last 6 months several things have been stolen from residents. This includes items in the hallway, on patios, and packages that are being delivered. And management says there’s really nothing that they can do. So basically there is no security there

It appears you haven’t spoken to the Community Manager she will reach out to you with some possible solutions .
they take your deposit and keep it. they also charge you for painting the walls and filling in the nail holes which is against the law here in Minnesota
It’s a good place to live decent for this part of town. However they do have a parking issue. Be prepared to pay for parking or you will be walking a ways. The location is excellent if you work out of town.
I have never been there. take me off the list. I don't know where you get this information but it is not appropriate.
