I lived here for a year, and I had no issues. Only reason it isn’t 5 stars is because of the general location it is in. Cons: not a ton of guest parking. And some of the nearby apartments are shady. My apartment was newly remodeled, and I only had to submit one maintenance request my whole lease, which they attended to within 24 hours. The staff is incredibly friendly. This was one of the worst places to live. I was here for 3 months at the beginning of 2023… I had a remodeled 2 bedroom and it was 640 sq ft which was basically a kitchen with two bedrooms. It cost me 1450 a month!! TINY! The walls are SO THIN that it sounds like your neighbors are in your apartment. My 9mm was stolen out of my car within 5 minutes of it being unlocked to bring groceries in. If you moved furniture around it would cut into the cheap fake wood flooring. The management and ownership have consistently demonstrated a commitment to maintaining the property and supporting individual residents' needs. I lived in this complex for 4 years and had nothing but issues with this place! We lived in 3 different units and each of them just awful! The first apartment we were kicked out so they can remodel it to make 2 units. When we moved into the other unit they claimed it was “move in ready” and maintenance had to come in every week for the first 6 months of the year lease we signed!
