Dr. Dernberger is excellent but his staff have a serious problem. Twice now they have changed our appointment time causing us to have to reschedule after driving out there.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “Dr. Butler and their team provided outstanding care in physical therapy and pain management. They listened carefully, explained my treatment clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout every session. I’ve seen real improvements thanks to their guidance and expertise. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with pain or needing physical therapy support.
I’m am a loyal customer/patient at this facility. My records will substantiate that facts. I have a good relationship with the therapists and Amy the supervisor of the PT department. Unfortunately, every thing went down hill because of the way I was treated by Lila. Never again will go at the Regency Pain Management and Therapy because of my experience with Lila. In fact, I asked my PCP to refer me another facility which she did this morning.
