もう何回も利用していますが、最高の立地とラナイからの眺めに毎回癒されます。確かに建物は古くなっていますが何の不満もなく非常に快適に過ごせました。綺麗でおしゃれなホテルを望む人には向かないと思いますが、暮らすようにゆっくり過ごしたい人には最高です。1階にはABCも入っています。スタッフはフレンドリーで優しく、英語もとてもゆっくりとわかりやすく発音してくださいます。必ずまた利用させていただきたいと思います。

The coffee pot leaked everywhere, the power went out for 15 hours so we didn’t have ac, hot water and the elevators didn’t work we were on the 7th floor and we had our grandma with us. Half of the outlets didn’t work and the front desk was rude when I said I wanted some money back bc I paid $350 for a cleaning fee plus the $300 every night for the room they only gave me $100 back when I said I wanted a refund.
