The coffee pot leaked everywhere, the power went out for 15 hours so we didn’t have ac, hot water and the elevators didn’t work we were on the 7th floor and we had our grandma with us. Half of the outlets didn’t work and the front desk was rude when I said I wanted some money back bc I paid $350 for a cleaning fee plus the $300 every night for the room they only gave me $100 back when I said I wanted a refund. We really enjoyed our stay at the Regency on Beachwalk. The staff was always attentive to anything we needed and greeted us with a friendly smile as we would come and go throughout the day. The fresh water on the main level was a great perk as I had read in previous reviews and the ABC store right out the doors was perfect. We had a two bedroom condo with a city view and really appreciated the large balcony for our family of 6.
