Rio Grande city nursing and rehab is an awesome place. My uncle has been at the nursing home facility for over five years. They provide the best care for him. I couldn’t be happier from nursing, dietary to housekeeping. All departments do well and provide wonderful services for their patience
Everyone is friendly and welcoming Clean facilities and utilities
