Best Nursing Care, Very Welcoming, Cleanliness was best, very professional! 10/10!
Visited a friend. Call system isnt answered too quickly. Light turns on but doesn't flash or ding. So resident is left for a good while. Facility was nice and so was staff. Sunday seemed short staffed compared to Mondays staff level.
