RecommendedI started to search for apartments 3 months ahead before my lease was up. Great place to live! Apartments are very big !
I've lived in regency north for about 5 months and it's pretty horrible. Maintenance is under staffed, when I first lived here that was a creepy maintenance man that entered our apartment at random times to "fix a toilet roll holder" which was fixed the first time he came in. Maintenance issues aren't addressed in a timely manner. The staff in the office have no idea what manners and treating other people with respect is. Great place to live. Staff is great and feel like family. I love the large bedrooms
well I have been living going on 3 yrs, and I have had no issues. The office staff is wonderful. Since living here I have had only 2 issues with my apartment, A/C and no hot water. Maintenance came over the day I reported it and got it fixed. I also love the update they did in the hallways as well.
I currently live here now and I absolutely hate it. They take all your money and it’s ridiculous. DONT live here!

This is the worst place to live!!! Don't fall into the same trap I did! They won't even take care of basic needs and health and safety folks!!! They will take all of your money and not provide you with what they should in return!! That's called con artists folks! Getting ready to have to involve some news crews, the housing authorities and the court system! This place is a nightmare money pit! Maxus Properties and Regency North is a joke on the worst level! Wouldn't recommend this dump to my worst enemy!
