Absolutely awful experience with this company. Had 2 trucks and 5 movers. First truck showed up an hour late but that group of 3 was somewhat hard working and I have little to say, either really positive or negative about them. The other truck with 2 showed up 3 hours late. They were the worst movers in the history of the business. They didn't do anything. I mean it- they watched the other 3. When it came time to drive from the house we were moving out of to the new house, this second truck took 3 (!!!) hours to get to the n... read more
Moving is stressful! Moving companies have so much power in their hands - it is crucial that they build a relationship with you and see you as a human being. They must be professional, cordial, trustworthy, responsive, fair, careful, hard working, knowledgeable, timely, and honorable. This company is all of those things. Great experience.
We were thankful to Regency Moving for their care and expertise during our complicated move. They were efficient, careful and extremely professional. The price was excellent and we are happy to recommend them. Really took a lot of stress out of our move!
