We have used Regency Moving and Storage LLC for four different moves: from Virginia to Tennessee, from Tennessee back to Virginia, between two locations in Virginia, and one move that included delivering part of our household to a storage facility. Across every single move, nothing was ever damaged or broken. As a military family with more than 10 moves under our belt, that’s an incredible accomplishment. The team did a fantastic job helping me move out of a Reston high-rise apartment and into a new 3BR townhouse. Nice team, and worked very quickly. They were gentle with the furniture, and were even willing to help me box up a few items I hadn’t finished packing. Great price, arrived on time, and did a great job. Will definitely use them again in the future!
Absolutely awful experience with this company. Had 2 trucks and 5 movers. First truck showed up an hour late but that group of 3 was somewhat hard working and I have little to say, either really positive or negative about them. The other truck with 2 showed up 3 hours late. They were the worst movers in the history of the business. They didn't do anything. I mean it- they watched the other 3. Moving is stressful! Moving companies have so much power in their hands - it is crucial that they build a relationship with you and see you as a human being. They must be professional, cordial, trustworthy, responsive, fair, careful, hard working, knowledgeable, timely, and honorable. This company is all of those things.
