BED BUGS If I could give zero stars I would. Booked three nights and arrived close to midnight. After checking in, I checked the beds for bedbugs before laying down (as I do everywhere I travel). Ended up finding two dead bed bugs or maybe sleeping and then a live one moving. I very kindly told the manager and asked for a refund as I was not staying at a motel with bed bugs. Buen lugar
The customer service here is too good! Very nice hotel with lovely people attending to it! Let me have an hour late check out with no problems! Super clean and happy with my stay! Will definitely be staying again when I visit!
