This appartments are discusting there's been a water leak for about 3 weeks and they havent fix it yet, it's going on it's 4th week already this leak it cousing wall damage and flooring lifting of the graund, they need to bug spray also there alot of roaches!!!
Im currently a renter here at 2101 regency medows and i have told the office about there appartments having way to manny roaches they havent taken care of it, but then again they do have money to water there grass and get a land scaping company for grass service? This is really horrible
Este a sido uno de los lugares mas desagradables que me he encontrado en Las Vegas para vivir, empesando por el poco profecionalismo de el manager y por la clase de jente arguendera que se encuentra en ese lugar. Cuando uno ase un complain en las oficinas paresiera que en vez de arreglar la situasion la empeoran el manager de la propiedad en ves de tomar cartas en el asunto prefiere aser todo publico y al final de cuentas no resuelve nada. This apartment complex can not even pay their operating bills. I would be leary about renting an apartment that is in such financial chaos.
