Not very responsive to tenant issues; mosquito treatments requested for lake and bird dropping management has been ignored.
Horrible experience in getting paid - they use an unprofessional payment solutions company called AvidXchange. Never again. Not worth the headache. Now, if they do not use AvidExchange and can pay a different way - day of service, maybe.
This management company is not professional. Jeff will write bully emails if you call about a legitimate complaint. This agency acts like they are the owners of the complex and can do whatever they want. They blocked my unit and their workers left a job site hazardous. When I called the office to inform them of the hazard and my blocked entrance and to ask them to clean up the hazard and unblock my exit and entrance I was told they would take a message and when another office person returned they would let them know?
