Made a Reservation for 3 nights, tried to change my reservation to 2 nights both online, through the chat, by phone and no one would assist me. Because the hotel was booked I was told I had to cancel and then be out a room or if there was a room the rate would be higher. Adjusting a reservation within the timeframe posted should be granted. There is no reason I that I was charged for a night I was not there. Every OYO contact was not helpful.
Great hotel in Yoakum. Rooms are clean. No bugs crawling around. And the AC units work very well. Can’t ask for anything else. This is my GO-to # 1 hotel for Yoakum.
Place was quite and clean. Staff was friendly and the bed was comfy.
I've stayed at the Yoakum OYO multiple times, and each time has been a great experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the desk staff are always friendly and courteous. If you're looking for no-frills, inexpensive, clean accommodations, the Yoakum OYO is the place to stay.
The room was nice but the shower head was plugged up pretty bad so the shower wasn’t very good
