Staff was very friendly and professional. Chef came out to meet us. Amenities were better than we thought. Very impressed!
I would never recommend this facility to any family looking for care for their loved ones. This facility continually double charged me for care regarding my mother. I kept going to the administration to refute these charges and never had a response nor reply Except for the last admin in charge. This facility has an exceptionally high turnover rate. The numbers were there and she tried to refute and make false claims about charges, even though they were right there in print. My mom came to the point where she was no longer ab... read more
