If you are looking for a company that cares about the bottom dollar and not the patients. . . . You have found it!!! The leadership of this hospital would rather lie about specifics to ensure they only take the most profitable patients. . . There are reasons they are no longer at Mercy in Rogers and St. Vincent in Little Rock. . .
This place is a joke!! It's run down, most staff have no bedside manners. They almost killed my father who was on a ventilator. They say they rotate the patient every 2 hours but that is a lie! It took 2 days and complaints to get my dad a bath. No communication between clinical staff. They left my dad on a bedpan all day. Boone ever cleaned out his mouth or brushed his teeth. I could go on and on! Don't allow your loved ones to go there!! Luckily we were able to get my father transferred out tonight!!
