My mom stayed at this hospital in East Chicago, IN. The nursing staff and cna's was great can't complain one bit about them, however the Discharge and Case Manager Jenn gave us the worst experience ever. I would never refer anybody to this facility, only because Jenn would give them bad information for checking out, nothing was done properly, wasted time, work pay and gas because of this lady. THE BEST STAFF EVER!!! My love, my husband was there, in their amazing care for 4 months and We as a family can not say enough good things about this facility! They became family to us....and while we are happy our guy is closer to home l, we truly miss and appreciate all they did for us!
I can not say enough good things about Regency Hospital. They took amazing care of my mother during a time that was not only difficult for her but for our entire family. The staff here are caring and compassionate and the respiratory team went above and beyond. I am so thankful that we picked Regency.
My husband was there in 2013 and if it were up to them he would not be here today. Thank goodness I transferred him to another hospital. They were the most incompetent place ever.
If you are looking for a company that cares about the bottom dollar and not the patients. . . . You have found it!!! The leadership of this hospital would rather lie about specifics to ensure they only take the most profitable patients. . . There are reasons they are no longer at Mercy in Rogers and St. Vincent in Little Rock. . .
This place is a joke!! It's run down, most staff have no bedside manners. They almost killed my father who was on a ventilator. They say they rotate the patient every 2 hours but that is a lie! It took 2 days and complaints to get my dad a bath. No communication between clinical staff. They left my dad on a bedpan all day. Boone ever cleaned out his mouth or brushed his teeth. I could go on and on! Don't allow your loved ones to go there!! Luckily we were able to get my father transferred out tonight!!
Care at Regency is out of this world. They provide the best care and are the best hospital anywhere. The food is excellent, the nursing staff are far advanced and the aides are tremendous. Never in all my hospitalizations have I ever had care as good as at Regency. It is so clean you could eat off the floor. I just love the place
I pray I never have to go back, but if for any reason I have to, Regency is for me! I would rather go there than go to any other hospital. They are the best. A wonderful place for healing. You feel nothing but life there.
This hospital is the best! The doctors are smart and thorough. The staff are friendly and dedicated. The rooms are kept very clean. Many smiling faces can be seen at Regency! Wonderful patient centered care can be found at Regency Hospital!
