Excellent Patient and Family Care and Service – Thank you. Your hospital is AMAZING. My sister has been there since January and I can not express how much we appreciate the care she has received. The nurses, aids and physicians were truly PHENOMENAL and made her feel very important and significant! Thank you for taking such GREAT CARE of MY SISTER!
THE WORST REHAB HOSPITAL EVER (IF YOU CAN EVEN CALL IT A HOSPITAL) -- WHAT A JOKE – My family and I sent my grandma for rehab after she had surgery. We thought Barberton Regency would be a good place since it had rehab and dialysis all in one. IT WAS NOT. The nurses, doctors and social workers ARE VERY RUDE, NOT FRIENDLY OR HELPFUL AT ALL. They also try to keep you with communicating from your loved one. My grandmas phone was NEVER by her side (which we requested time and time again, and was promised it would be).
