Don't place your loved one here... Seriously DO NOT DO IT! When calling to check on your loved one, the nurses either do not answer the phone, or just tell you everything is fine, and hang up. The Doctor's comes into the room wearing earbuds, when asking about your loved one health... they can not respond, cause they did not read the chart prior to coming into the room. O wait! Horrible place. My father was here months, and 2 + years ago had to be rushed downtown ccf main campus to surgery only to to find out from a competent surgeon 2am on Christmas that his trachea pipe was never in his correct area the ENTIRE time he has therapy and was being taken care of at this so. Called hospital unit. I immediately reported it the staff denied misplacement trued to talk out of all paperwork.
