This is probably the worst nursing home I’ve ever encountered. If you want miscommunication, your loved one’s stuff packed and ruined, your bed ridden loved one not rotated and gets sores, communication between insurances & previous emergency rooms how they are supposed to is much lacked & most importantly, how they take care of your loved one’s is terrible. Sheri, LaShonda, and Kristin are very good RN. My wife has had many ups and downs over the last three months and these nurses have not only been excellent of the medical treatment but have been wonderful in keeping my wife's spirits up. Donna, the Respitory Therapist has been a friend and pushes my wife to get to the goal of getting off the Trach.

Lashonda Herris RN has always been great with my mom Mary shick and she makes Mary shick smile Lashonda really like Mary Shick she always checks and see what Mary wants Lashonda will ask Mary if she needs anything and ask Mary how is she doing or feeling I think since Mary got to regency Lashonda and Mary are like buddy's

Regency has an amazing staff and most falls into this category of excellence. At this time the front desk receptionist Kelly gronpaulski is amazing! She is willing to assist with any matter and is caring. She is an unsung hero and deserves to be recognized. It is difficult dealing with so many families and different situations but she handles it every well with professionalism. Her commitment and dedication to assist with many situations is special.
