I've been at regency west for about TWO MONTHS The staff here is kind and helpful but they do not have respect towards patients trying to sleep. Their kitchen staff is kind, but will throw away food you try to reheat. I wanted my late breakfast to be reheated and I sent it to the kitchen one day. The uncaring cook came upstairs to tell me they made me an English muffin(they served me ½ of one during first meal, that was cut in half and ice cold. So they brought the replacement muffin... however, instead of reheating my food ... read more

Their kitchen staff is improving with time...but we communicate daily. I wanted my late breakfast to be reheated and I sent it to the kitchen one day.
