I lived at Regency Heights II for 8 yrs and I enjoyed the tenants & management, there was nothing that I needed that I wouldn't get for my apartment, bulbs, carpet cleaning etc...I only moved because of health reasons..I would recommend it to anyone, it was like having family around to help you If needed and the parties for birthdays & gatherings for games were outstanding & plenty fun. We have had cases of COVID in the complex. Yet, the new manager that has been here the last 6-7 months does not wear a mask. She also does not encourage residents to wear one. She finally put a sign on the front door about masks but she still does not wear one. (I suspect her supervisor told her to post the sign.) She encourages the residents to have large social gatherings where they don't wear masks. The previous manager seldom wore a mask and did contract COVID.
