We had the best experience when we were looking for housing for my brother. Erika is absolutely wonderful. She walked us through everything and went above and beyond to assist us. All the tenants are very nice and welcoming. I would recommend Regency Heights to everyone. Thank you, Erika! We appreciate all you did for us.

I lived at Regency Heights II for 8 yrs and I enjoyed the tenants & management, there was nothing that I needed that I wouldn't get for my apartment, bulbs, carpet cleaning etc...I only moved because of health reasons..I would recommend it to anyone, it was like having family around to help you If needed and the parties for birthdays & gatherings for games were outstanding & plenty fun.
