My 84 year old mother was at Regency from June 11, 2020 - June 28, 2020. She was at Regency for rehab after several hospital visits. Full tranparency I spoke with David, the administrator, on June 29, 2020 regarding concerns that I am writing about. During my mothers stay at Regency everything appeared to be moving along just fine, despite me not being able to go in the facility to visit or do window visits. RecommendedRegency Health & Rehabilitation is a great place. My mother fell and broke her hip. She was in another center and was discharged with pneumonia to the hospital. She was unable to walk and weak. I called Regency spoke to Toby and had her start her rehab again. Everyone at Regency was GREAT they had my mother walking, She is doing well now. Then my father fell and broke his neck. He also damaged his spinal cord. He was placed in another rehab center because he wanted a private room. Thanks for taking my sweet grams personal affects and throwing them in the trash after she died. You are disgraces to this profession and I hope karma comes back to find you for your mistreatment of her. You should be ASHAMED.
