Very good attention to tenants, open to discuss issues and finding immediate solutions are valued characteristics of Edward; we barely had any issues during the tenancy. We built mutual trust and friendly tenant- landlord relationship which is hard to find nowadays with the housing crisis. Unfortunately, we had to move to a different part of the city, but I would not hesitate to rent from Regency Group again in the future.
