Had garage built last year during the pandemic. We worked with ***** on the design of the garage. She was great to work with and everything turned out just the way we wanted. I highly recommend Regency if you need to have a garage built.
We were happy with our garages when built in 2010. in 2020, the power started tripping in one of the garages. When we had it checked out by two different electricians that we trust, we found out that Regency ran romex underground from our basement to the garages. They put conduit from the outlet into the concrete to make it look like it was piped all the way for the city inspection. Id like to take a minute to explain our experience with Regency Garages. When we first decided we wanted to build a garage, we met with several companies before contacting Regency. We are very happy with our new garage! The entire process was seamless, from obtaining the permits to the demolition, the concrete work and finally the new construction and electrical work. Terry and the entire team were easy to work with and kept us updated throughout the process. The quality of the work is excellent and we have received many compliments on the new garage. Terry and the entire team at Regency did a great job from working closely with us to determine what would best suit our needs during the bidding process, to assisting us with the permits (and all of the associated hassles...), scheduling each phase of construction, and the final build. We had a great experience with Regency - they know their stuff and have excellent folks who get the job done. We had a real challenge with some utilities and although it took a long time to break ground, we had our final inspection and everything passed with zero issues.
