It was an atmosphere of professionalism. I walked in feeling lost, but received great help from Oscar that revived my soul. I bought everything I needed and the entire staff treated me with respect and dignity. Now that's what I call great service. I am thankful and grateful. Cheers!!!
There is one girl Sarah at the front desk who is awesome...that's it!!! Adam in Woodbridge is a shyster!!! He thinks his consumers are stupid and that the value of his furniture is more than it actually is! He'll negotiate with you but watch out, he lies and then does not handle the situation post sale. Sales people are okay, but their hands are tied with sleazy management. Go elsewhere and avoid the grief!
I went in there last Saturday to look for a a specific dining table but unforently it was made by a manufacturer that they don't carry I was approached by a lady and her name was Hanna she was so helpful she tried to show me other table sets but I really wanted this specific one , i really wish they had that table I would have purchased from her she was really honest and such a sweetheart !
I really enjoyed my time shopping here. I found the staff to be helpful and approachable. The actual purchasing experience was smooth and I was delivered my furniture within a relatively short time.
This is the worst store to buy furniture! They are in haste to collect your money. But it takes them months to deliver. I bought a dinning zet from them in October of last year. I'm yet to receive my dinning set.
