I THINK THE WAIT TIME IS EXTREMELY LONG LIKE WHY SET UP AN APPOINTMENT IF THINGS ARE NOT GOING TO BE READY BEFORE HAND?? ALL OF MY CONTACTS AND EVERYTHING HAD TO BE DONE WHILE I SAT THERE AND WAITED....I WAS LITERALLY THERE FOR 2 1/2 HOURS AND I DONT EVEN REMEMBER BEING THERE THAT LONG TO BUY MY HOUSE?? SO THAT REALLY NEEDS TO BE WORKED ON
