I worked at this location under Amanda Dorsey and unfortunately had a negative experience. There was very little support, expectations were not clearly communicated, and the environment became increasingly uncomfortable. I attempted to raise concerns through the proper channels, including HR and leadership, but did not receive any follow-up. I hope the company takes employee feedback seriously and makes necessary changes in leadership and communication.
