The service is no good customers are not important to them

There were great, until all the paperwork was finished. I had some important questions, and they completely ghosted me. No responses to emails, phone messages. I escalated, and still no responses. If you want somebody to work with you after they have your money, look elsewhere.

Every contact with this bank has been incredibly negative, problem focused, and with severe delay in any solution, if there is any solution. When contacting the service line and asking to escalate a situation beyond the representative - the employee refused. When asking for information to provide feedback on this associate’s service in particular, he said his name was John and that he could not provide anything else - not an employee ID number or direct supervisor name, nothing. When I asked to then just be transferred to an... read more

This bank is terrible!! I have lost so much money in the last few months because they can process anything correctly. I am pretty sure most of the money I have earned at work has gone to returned item fees. Do not recommend at all

Unfortunately, I am currently being discriminated against by this bank's mortgage department and potentially facing being homeless. I am speaking with lawyers now about the incident.

First national bank, closed my account without stopping bill pay. I reached out to them over the phone they said that would stop the automatic bill pay months ago. Needless to say, for the past couple of months I been receiving return check fees because FNB is still sending out the checks to the company. Now I have to deal with a thrid party to get my account in good standing to stop the bill pay.

Since First National Bank took over for Metro, there have been nothing but problems. That is why I am closing my account and going to * * * bank. Last Friday I paid my car insurance online using my checking account. The money was taken out Monday (7/16). When I looked at my balance online it said $17 balance. When I looked at it on Tuesday morning, it also said $17 balance. I checked that night, still $17. On Wednesday morning, a check attempted to clear (which I forgot about), so I would assume the $37 fee, no problem. But ... read more

How this company has an A rating is beyond ridiculous, this institution has literally stolen money from me and my husband who is a DISABLED COMBAT VETERAN!!!!!! You wonder why these poor men and women cannot survive and end up on the streets; well that's because businesses like this steal your money. We specifically signed up for a plan that will not allow ANY money to be taken out if their is insufficient funds, well they allow anyone to take anything out of our account EVEN WHEN WE DON'T GIVE PERMISSION!!!! My husband and ... read more

Online banking is a joke with FNB... because of their inability to post pending transactions on my mobile app for billpay I made a mistake and over drafted my account. Completely my fault but I did check to see what I had going out... it showed nothing although there were two bills I had completely forgotten about totaling $165. FNB then posted multiple transaction to my account after 3:50 pm (because that's when I left my house) and put other transactions out of order so that they could hit me with multiple overdraft fees. ... read more
