Very unprofessional and rude people work for Regency Escrow. My home was not closed within the 30 day escrow timeframe, the hold for completed hcd transfer I received almost a year later, and when I called to get the ore collected property taxes paid they had no clue what I was talking about and told me to pay them myself when they withheld these taxes at closing a year prior.
